The mall used to be a warm and fun place to spend your time. At least in the beginning of the ice age, back when the heating still worked. The heating no longer works, and the place is abandoned now. There is really not much left in there, but if you're lucky you may come across someone else who's wandering through these ruins.

Previously a commonly used farrie dock, this place has recently been completely frozen from the recent turn of events.

For the rough and tumble denizens of this cave system, the area is their only form of entertainment in these bleak times. Similar to the gladiator fights in Rome, battles here are often violent and bloody. However, unlike Rome, the stadium is nothing more but a clearing in the vast, dank cave system and the fighters here have no armor or weapons, just their bare hands and any powers they may bring to the table.

The black caves are known to be where the most feared criminals and rogues hide, and thus, it is the location of a sort of "black market." All the stolen items are traded here among the thieves in a sort of bartering community.

The once lush fields of the countryside are now a frozen desert of ice and snow. Gone are the lush crops and small family owned farms. What exists now is nothing but a frozen waste, with burrows here and there that are now home to the people who once tilled these lands.

A thick pine forest where hardy animals still make their homes. The branches and every last pine needle is almost always coated in a perfect layer of ice, making the trees seem to sparkle and shine in the sunlight.

This once beautyful and serean lake has now become a frozen field of ice. Although the ice age has shut down the small village around this place, the lake itself is still a site where one can come to the beauty of the natural world. The frozen waterfall located here is still an ideal spot for lovers to come despite it's current state.

The shabby and makeshift settlement of the Whitewind village would look more like something out of a post Armageddon si-fi movie then what one would call a "village." However, for the people here it is the closest thing to the home they once had. The housing district is more or less a expanse of igloo like structures made out of whatever the people here can find but the atmosphere of home is still about this place. As despite the harsh weather, food is always cooking, children still play around in the snow, people still walk around and converse about whatever they can, all while trying to make the best of this new world.

The "center of town" so to speak. Although it's not much, it is something of a gathering place. This is where all town meetings are held, and Whitewind residents gather for other things such as to participate in the celebration of the old holidays.

Although not a market by earth standards, The community here at Whitewind has set up a sort of "barter economy," where the community members are able to trade things they have for things that others posses and they may need or want. Outsiders are allowed to participate in this "economy" as well, as the people of this village are very friendly and will gladly open their door to strangers.

The people of the whitewind village are people who put keeping the old traditions alive high on their priority list, and by far the most important tradition to them is that of the Church. Although by no means a place like the meetinghouses of old, this small, ramshackle church is enough to get bye, and is considered the most important structure in the entire "village."

The open seas and oceans of much of the world have now become too cold for most types of fish, and dangerous icebergs of various sizes dot the waters in all corners of the globe.

This nameless mass of land was once lush with vegetation and jungle life, however, the recent world climate change has turned it into a barren wasteland.

Nestled in the coast, free form prying eyes, amidst the frozen ice spires that strike out of the ocean, the largest glacier of them all gently floats on the water. And from a crack, a chasm in the ice, trails smoke.

To most his is a mystery to be avoided, but in truth deep in the confines of a glacier, is a paradise of warmth in this barren land. Fellhounds dwell here in their own village, occationally leaving just to have a little bit of fun with others but never the full-scale wars that the breed was once famous for. The cavern itself is actually well-lit, both by the fire of many of its inhabitants and by the sunlight filtering from outside through melted make-shift windows. There are several passages out, but it is not so easy getting in.

The vast expanse of snow and ice that give the Frost Desert it's name. There is nothing here but snow....lots and lots of snow. It was said that this area was once a city though, so coming here is not entirely pointless, as if one is lucky, they may run across some piece of history, or something like that.

This is perhaps one of the most breathtaking sites in the new world. What was once the world's largest sky scraper, now frozen to look like a massive tower of ice crystals. Despite being nothing more then a old, frozen building the appearance of this place gives it a magical quality, and because of that it is a travel destination worth the long hike.

Yet another amazing site, a bridge made purely of ice. It's not known how exactly it was made, but it dose not look like a man-made structure, and is just a strange construct of mother nature. Although an amazing site, one must watch out when trying to cross it, and is most safely viewed from the gorge below it.

What was once one of the largest lakes in the world has been completely frozen over. The ice is so thick on it that a person can walk here without feat of falling it, and is the second barren expanse that gives the frost desert it's name. However, the thick ice makes this former lake a good place for ice fishing which is one of the few methods of actually getting food now a days.

The once proud city of Soleanna is now like everything else in the world, a frozen wreak. The people here like everywhere else cling on to life, and people here now in such desperation that they long for Solaris to return, and the evil being is talked about in a positive light among the people here, who long for it to return and give them warmth. However, with Iblis dead, their hopes are all but crushed, but then again that is something oh so common in this harsh ice age world.

The Terminal Station of Soleanna which once was a hub of transportation is now disregarded and empty. The roof is full of holes and the ground is thus covered in a light snow.

The once majestic castle of Soleanna now looks like it belongs to a fairy tale ice queen. Frozen and blanked with snow, it inspires both awe and sadness for the people of Soleanna as it stands stoically above the landscape.

The sacred ancient ruins of Soleanna are also firmly in winter's grasp. Frozen and snow covered, the ice age has robbed them of their former glory.
