Whisp let go and started to prance about the floor, her hind paws brushing the icy surface as she bounced about. Her blue eyes smiled back at Warp as she turned around," Slap you," she questioned. The buolf grinned darkly," Would you want me to? Slap you with a hand of metal? You are one brave lil' foxy." Whisper jumped up and landed on her toe, still smiling phsycotically and tickled under Warp's chin. She bounded away again like some spazzmatic whim.
It was true, it was warmer in here, and she didn't need to be jumping around with her weird little dance to get warm. She kinda just stood there and rubbed her arms, shifting her weight back and forth. Whisp wasn't mean enough to slap Warp at the moment. Perhaps when she was truely angry she would kick him, slapping just seemed a little to harsh to her.

Warp had his mouth open, and had started to tell her exactly how he would have felt if she had actually slapped him. And then she tickled him. Under the chin. He gave up being surprised with this girl. His eyes followed her as she bounded away, wondering.
His mouth had snapped shut after he had been tickled, his mind not trusting his tongue. It took a good minute for him to finally work up the nerve to say something, although he had to pretend it was idle curiosity.
"Hey, Whisp.... Do you have a boyfriend?" Yes. Of course. Just curious, just wondering. No ulterior motive here, no sir. At least, that's what Warp kept telling himself. She was so dern quirky and loopy, and it had a sort of attractive cuteness to it all. He quickly stamped out the thought wondering what a kiss would be like from her. Knowing what I know already, he thought sarcastically, she'll find a way to make it hurt.

Hindpaws came to an arubt halt, wavering from the weight before they regained balence, facing a crystal window. There was a spark of memmory in her blue orbs. Whisp's dark brown hair fell over her face as it slid from her googles. Her hands clasped tightly together. "A boyfriend.... No. I wanted him to be...but, he...fell prey to the ice." Whisp said quietly," But why am I talking to you about this? It's not your problem." The buolf sighed lightly, sniffing a bit before she turned around, tail twitching as her blue eyes locked onto Warp's. "Why do you ask?"

Immediately Warp went on the defensive. "What? Oh, no reason, just misplaced curiosity. That's too bad, really." D*mmit. Even his ears drooped a little. He almost wanted to poke fun at her violence being the reason behind it, and not just the ice, but he was at least sensitive enough to know that it wasn't the way to go.
He stepped forward, placing a sympathetic hand on her shoulder. He did know what it was like to lose someone to the cold. The one friend he had made in his travelling was lost to the cold. Warp could do nothing. The hand tightened as he remembered Kevin. His only friend in four years, gone in a matter of weeks, leaving him alone again.
Well, 'till now, he supposed. He really wanted to give Whisp a hug. "I knew someone.... Kevin. He.... The ice got him, too...." The hand slid off her shoulder as he turned away, trying to hide his tears. Boys didn't cry, his father had said. Real men never cried. Never.

"Oh, well...okay." Whisper half closed her blue eyes, black pupils locked on the ground. She touched Warp's hand before it slipped away.Ah the sentimental moments in life, Whisp had learned to deal with them one way or another. Her parents divorced, many fights with her sister, and David's death, all had made her tough on the inside and out.
However, a loss of life was something that still brought water to her eyes. Whisp tottered over, very slowly. The buolf rested her head lightly on his back, well, as lightly as she could manage. Her ears lowered so they were next to her neck as her firm fore arms wrapped around Warp's shoulders.
"Aww, poor lil' fox. The ice is getting everyone." She said gently. Whisper looked in the opposite direction, a smile flickering on her face. She hadn't seen many boys cry, and right now she didn't really see Warp's tears, only the blue glass-like crystal walls. In themselves, the ice of the building looked like frozen tears, paralyzed by the cold.

The tension seemed to drain out of Warp through Whisp's hug. The presence of her head on his back was a reassuring weight. The tip of his tail subconsciously wrapped loosely around her shin, and one of his hands raised to rest lightly on Whisp's. "Thank you...." he whispered, a quiet murmur only a mobian's ears could pick up.
Suddenly, Warp froze. This was so weird. This girl was absolutely standing him on his head. Nothing made sense. Then again, why look a gift horse in the mouth? She was offering support.
Therein lied the problem. How could he accept support from a girl? The very thought went against his upbringing, first by his old-fashioned father, and afterword by the harsh world outside the home when he traveled. Not by choice, but by virtue of his uncontrollable power. He simply did not have the willpower back then. Now he could go where he pleased when he pleased, but when he was eight through thirteen, teleportation was painful and spontaneous.
Screw it. He turned around in her hug, wrapping her in his own arms as he sobbed into her shoulder. It took him a good minute to get it all out, after which he slowly drew away, then paused, looking Whisper in the eyes. This was the first time he'd displayed that much emotion, even alone, and it had a psychological effect on him. Other emotions were heightened in proportion. That was the only reason he could think of for lowering his head toward Whisper's, slowly going for a kiss.
((The only reason he hadn't tried to kiss Whisper beforehand was because he's been promised to Kils, but men are men and Warp's vulnerable right now.))

(I see. lol LOVE COMPLEX ahahaha. Perfect way to torture the charries)
Whisp's head rested on his chest as he turned around to hug her. Her roundish ears twitched forward as Warp whispered, she leaned forward, almost buring her head into his shirt, feeling his warm spreading from her cheeck into the rest of her head. It seemed to only last a mere few miliseconds. She breathed softly as Warp withdrew. The buolf smiled up at him, a weight in her throat as she turned her head away for awhile.
Her bunny tail twitched lightly as she remembered David. No, she had never had a moment with him, none, no physical contact, nothing. Only admiring from afar. Warmth spread about her nose and cheeks as she turned her head towards the floor. Time seemed to stop as she stepped away from herself and closed her eyes.
She always had some sort of love complex. The buolf looked up, blue eyes shimmering in unision with the ice as she looked up at the fox. Her breath slowed as her heart beat faster. There was a rapid beat in her chest as she leaned forward going for the kiss as well. Whisper breathed lightly, eyes half closed. Don't be jealous David...

((Yes, and it's also going to be part of his defense mechanism against Kils' innocence. Actually, I think it might depend. Warp's goin to be an emotional whirlwind for a while. After everything is said and done, depending on how hard Whisp fights for him and how Simon treats him, he might wind up with Whisper.))
Warp was surprised she didn't shove him away or hit him or anything, but those thoughts took a back seat to the moment. Warp's eyes closed, their lips met, and he gave his best. Well, it was his first kiss, so he wasn't sure what she thought, but for him, it was one of the best experiences of his life. Maybe Whisp was a good kisser, he didn't know; he had no standard to compare her to.
After what seemed like forever, Warp slowly pulled away again, some feeling in the back of his mind telling him that it was the right time to break the kiss. His eyes slowly opened, and he studied Whisper's face for a reaction. A part of him was still screaming out everything that made her unattractive to him. She's psychotic, she's a hybrid, she's too much for you to handle! Another part answered, silencing the argument.
Maybe I want the challenge.
The fox was suddenly extremely aware of his own heartbeat, could feel the adrenaline rushing through his veins He also felt somewhat lightheaded, as though he'd stood up too fast, complete with his vision partially whiting over. He fought against the urge to kiss her again immediately. While his head was still in a fog, he knew that he was pushing his luck with just the one.

The soft click of lips breaking echoed through the crystal surface of the almost seemingless ice. Whisper's first kiss was stolen by Warp, and the brown furred mobian was highly aware of that, but at the moment she didn't care. It was a warm feeling in her hollow chest that seemd to buzz with excitement. Her mind was blank, not really thinking of anything. As Whisper pulled back, her bangs fell over her face, slipping from the restrants of the goggles nestled in her dark brown hair. The buolf looked up, a simple, soft hearted smile on her face, her blue eyes blinking slowly as he surveyed her face, she looked over his. There were few things that Whisper disliked about Warp, and those things were...somewhere in the depths of her mind, stored away where she couldn't find themat all in the empty ness that filled her cranium. The buolf was on her tip-toes, leaning deep into his chest as the slighest tinge of red escaped the thick confines of her fur. Thoughts slunk back into her forehead, pressure rising between her eyes as her moment of enjoyment suddenly turned into a mixture of feelings, excitment, joy, sadnes, anger, jealousy, anguish, all in a confused storm within her head and heart. Whisper inhaled sharply through her teeth and stepped away from Warp, looking the opposite direction. What was she doing? Had not only moments ago was she just meeting him for the first time and then screaming through the teleportation? The buolf's head was in a whirl, she didn't know what to think. He's nice..but what am I doing? Get your self to gether, Whisp! You've only known him for what? A couple of hours? A short amount of time? The buolf looked over to Warp, blue eyes glittering suspiciously before she cleared her throat rather loudly and spoke," Aherm.... What exactly was that...?" She asked, searching for an answer in Warp.

Warp stepped back, lowering his head. "I...." He turned slowly, looking out a frozen window, watching the snow fall through the distortion of the ice. What exactly was that? Desperation? Loneliness? Actual feeling? He couldn't tell. His eyes closed, and he searched, oh, he did, but he didn't come up with anything immediately.
He kissed her. That was kinda obvious. And she kissed back, which is what really surprised him. Maybe it was all the romantic tension from back when she tackled him? No, no way. There was something more to it all, but he just couldn't tell what.
Warp turned his head back towards Whisper. "I suppose that was an offer. Maybe even an invitation." Whoa, that was actually kinda smooth. Would have been smoother if that was the first thing that he had thought of, but still, moderately suave. He reached a hand out to her, allowing her to accept it or decline it as she pleased. If she accepted, well, he really had nothing better to do than wait. If not, the atmosphere would be too awkward for him to take.
