Kain wandered through the empty G.U.N. base, his plan for gathering survivors from the ice age was a big joke. What he truly wanted was vengance, to soothe his anger and this would be started from a lust to kill that or what or even who caused this dreaded weather. The same weather that killed is love. Hate surged through his body and he couldnt deny its bloodlust any longer.
Footsteps, someone was coming, and it was coming closer with each step. he took this time to hide and wait for whoever it was, if it was an enemy, he would hold no bars, and aim strait for the kill, no can he. he tried to resist but he sweared an oath to her. still, he needed to be careful. because to him, this base will always remain restricted to outsiders.

Rage steped out from the shadow's his red eyes glowing bright and evil like they always did however he wasn't evil. Nor however was he good. He was just a murderer. "I know your here show yourself so you may prove yourself" rage shouted. All who entered this place anymore had to prove themselves to him otherwise he would kill them.

"Heh, What right do you have coming in the Base of GUN authority. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!" Kain wasnt in the mood today for some biblical crud and he loaded his two golden caliburs and was about to aim shoot and end this piece of .... But then again that oath came up, kain was a man of hs word and will always stay like that. But his urge to break it grew with each day this weather continued. He had the bloodlust curse of Vengance running through his vains now.

Rage smiled this man wouldn't shoot. yet not until he had a good reason. But he did see something that could be of use to him. "This place brings back memories you see" He said as he looked over towards Kain. "you seek vengence why" rage said with a smirk. He had watched the boys movements in order to discover what he wanted most.

Rage just smiled as he disappered and reappered behind Kain. He looked at him and smiled. "where are the bullets in my head that you promised. I am a trained killer as well for four hundred years I have walked this earth and seen so many fall by my sword what makes you so special" rage said with a smirk.

"I'm not them." and with that Kain yelled a scream so loud it was shaking the base and it was aimed at the sky so the whole area was affected. and with a high pitch scream like his , it would most likely annoy even the ageless. Kain could care less if this guy lived for 400 years, his life was going to end now for trying to end his. anger going through his mind he seeemed to forgot all aboutthe oath and he just yelled louder.

Rage for a second was hurt by the blast of sound then he used a old skill he learned to block out the sound. "silence i have no use for a corpse' Rage shouted trying to calm the boy.

Rage simply smiled. His usual evil grin. "Because I can help you get your vengence" He said as he looked at him with his blood red eyes. "But I require something in return but that will have to wait for a while." He said as he stode up.

"I have no idea what your talking about and i recommend you stay down right now. Or you might die on your 600th birthday" Kain was not a man to make deals in a hostage situation, or in any case some guy said he had to prove himself to go in the base he worked for. And he didnt like that smugged looked on his face either. it pissed him off. And he was going to kill him , if he messed with one more nerve of his.

Rage however didn't stay down. "Allow me to tell you a little story" Rage said as he circled around the Kain now. "This is how the GUN army started a war they could not win." He said. "Long ago there was a boy who the gun toke to use him as a weapon. The boy destoryed the entire of GUN forces and has been wandering ever since" Rage said. He was never good at telling storys but he was good at showing who was the boy. "They are all gone now. Not one is left after the ice storm which I have grown to hate more and more each day."

The ice storm! " What do you know......" That same ice storm that took Carrie Anns life away, the one she saved me from. He never lost track of the man circlig him." And how do you know of that ice storm. And even if that story was true I'm alive, meaning he didnt kill every agent now did he." He was getting annoyed at riddles and did not have the time for this. The more the man had taunted him the more he wanted to blow his brains out.

Rage just smiled as he countiued to circle around him. "I am speaking of the original GUN. The one that were fools to dare take me into captivity. They learned just what a warrior can really do" He said as he looked at the boy. "However I did spare two people. One died some time ago in the strom while the other I don't know what happened." Rage's face suddenly looked saddened by something which he quickly got rid of that look.

Kain who was a close observer noticed and said." whats the matter, guilt cuaght up with you? And that still doesnt explain what you know about the storm and why are you here for a matter of faact. Are you a black market salemen are jsut a thief looking for salvaged tech? And another thing is who the heck do you think you are saying i have to prove myself to you?!" so many questions. so little patience.
