Kasumi laced her fingers together and placed them behind her back. She looked up to the sky, those lavender hues somewhat serious for once. "In our terms, she was. In the legend she slew Sakao and helped Kane take his place as the leader of the kitsunes. She took the black kitsune's sword as a symbol for us to remember what happened. It's living proof of that she was real and so what Sakao." Kasumi rocked on her feet, shifting from her toes to her feet, crossing her arms. She paused and took a good long look at Hikari, sensing the colors and movement of her aura. "If you're trying to sense the energy, you can't. There's a charm on here that prevents such things. Only the Akora or other peopl that can sense auras can see such things. And truthfully... You would not want to gaze on the aura or energy of this shrine. It holds many dark secrets that should be kept within the family. We have a lot of things to be ashamed of, I can assure you that." Her voice shook a bit, lavender eyes sad.

"What happened then didn't matter... After all, I'm sure... Your great... Uh, great... Grandmother wasn't responsible for the savage attack on my home..." Hikari smiled, and glanced around, her vison returning back to normal, she gave up trying to sense everything she could see around her.
"Shouldn't there be others here..?"

Kasumi nodded sadly. "There should be, but if we honored everyone this place would be to noticable; we can't have that. Our family is to weak to fend off anyone now. If another war was to start then the Akora wouldn't survive...." Kasumi sighed, eyes dropping to the ground below," I think that my family's way to paranoid. Though I guess they have right to be."

Hikari nodded slowly. "I another war were to start, more than the Akora would be destroyed... Alot of the past bonds are gone now..." She turned back to the statue, looking it over for another moment, thinking to herself.
"This place is... really peaceful... and quiet."
